Daniel Brancson of Brancson trucking was to pick up a 1996 1500 Chev. pick up truck w/ a solid fiberglass tonneau cover mounted to the bed(this truck is in showroom condition w/ 64,000 mi. on it) on 11/11/06 and deliver it to my house on 11/18/06. He didn't pick up the truck until 9:30 PM on the 14th of Nov.. The vehicle arrived at my house on the 24th of Nov. The truck arrived o.k. but the tonneau cover was missing, the truck driver said the cover had blown off somewhere in New Mexico. When I called Daniel Brancson ( the owner of the trucking co.)he was unaware of the situation, which had happened 9 days earlier. Two Insurance Co. investigated this claim and concluded that Brancson Trucking is responsible and should pay this claim. This happened almost nine months ago and I have not received any compensation for the property lost.Daniel Brancson feels because it has taken so long that he is not responsible. All I can do now is seek legal action against Brancson Trucking
