Dealt with this company last year but was rescued by another company because Viking just disappeared after taking my deposit. 10 days past the pick up requested date I called this company. when Tony answered I asked if they had found a driver yet, he told me he was busy, he had another phone ringing and wanted me to email him the question. can you imagine, I'm talking to him and he asks me to email him for a reply. what's a telephone for? at that time I asked for a refund and he was very, very rude to me. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the deposit amount. I didn't place a review at the time because I wanted to get my money back first, but here it is eventually. don't use this company, especially if you expect someone to actually talk on the phone.
