| I signed the contract with Viking because their quote was $70 - $100 less than other companies and THIS WAS MY BIG MISTAKE EVER. The car was never shipped and it eventually had cost me a lot of time and money because of their lies, lies and lies....They kept promissing me too many times that they could have a driver in 24 - 48 hours, had me waited and waiter untill I could not stand anymore and had to canceled the order after waiting for 21 DAYS. Even after I canceled the order, I still had a very hard time to get my deposit back and eventually after 13 days, numerous emails I got my deposit back and they charged me $25 for cancellation. I have had very bad experiences with VIKING, I shoud have gone with HONESTY FIRST AUTO TRANSPORT from the beginning even I have to pay a little more, I finally had my car shipped wit HONESTY FIRST just 6days after I placed the order. The only thing that VIKING is very good and do very quick is to take your deposit and then have you wait wait and wait untill you cancel then they charge you $25. I LEARNED MY LESSON, I WOULD NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH VIKING AGAIN. |
