| I handled the set up and follow-up; my boss took it from there. He's a tough-cookie, but all I received was smiles, and with him, "no news is good news". So I take it that he was just as pleased with everything as I was. However, the ladies who handled my request via phone were awesome, as I had expressed in one of the faxes I sent over.
