| the customer service was good, and the driver was kind. they can't pick up or drop off your car at your residence usually, because the truck is too big to turn around, and it's an open carrier so they have to be careful of treetops, etc. i made the mistake of packing my car full of belongings, then had to drive it to a lot with little visibility- my own mistake, but i did have to pay a couple hundred extra because the company was fined at the weigh stations. If i did it again, it would be less stressful to just ship my belongings separately. |
