| The poor rating reflects the obnoxious attitude of the driver. The agent was pleasant and helpful. However, the car was delayed by a brake problem and 2 days later, a "tire" problem. We understood that these things can happen. However, when the car was finally delivered 20 minutes earlier than promised, the driver would not wait until my daughter could leave work (20 minutes ). He was extremely rude and told her she would have to pick up the car in his lot an hour away. She was terribly upset, and I am furious! |
