| Overall the process went very smoothly. I was very specific on timeframes for the transport since I was in the middle of moving my household across country. 1st Choice said they'd try to accomodate my timeframes as best they could and the company they selected, Perry Auto Transport, turned out to be excellent. Although the literature says the driver will call ahead several hours before pickup in my case it was 20-minutes. The driver and I agreed to meet on a local main throroughfare since the street I lived on was far too narrow for the transport to turn around. The driver gave me a projected date for delivery and true to his word he showed up with my SUV on the very day he said he would. Don't expect a whole lot from the 1st Choice vehicle online tracking system. Whenever I accessed my account the status indicated my SUV was "in transit". On the other hand the transport driver provided me with his cell phone number and told me I could call at any time. My SUV arrived in pristine condition albeit a little dirty and I am a very satisfied customer. |
