| We were transporting a GMC Savana Van. Agape couldn't move it in 5 weeks. Said that it was dispatched once after 2 weeks and we were expecting it to arrive and phoned to find out why it wasn't delivered and were told that the truck broke down and the van wasn't never picked up. Why didn't they let us know right away?? After a week it was dispatched again and we had to keep phoning to find out when it would be picked up and after days of phoning we were told that the truck didn't have enough room??? Communication between staff is terrible as the receptionist doesn't see any email correspondence and didn't know of our time frame as we booked plane tickets to fly down and pick up the van once delivered to Idaho. A STRESSFUL, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! |
