After a month of calling for an update regarding delivery of my bike - with no credible response - I had to inform them I was going to file a police report and insurance claim against them for vehicle theft. To date, they have my bike - I do not have a confirmed delivery date.... I've had my credit dispute the charges, filed complaints with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Wisconsin DOT... |
