| It took almost 3 weeks for me car to be picked up! I didn't like the fact that each people I talked to on the phone gave me different information. There were several days in which i was told my car would be picked up, but then a driver never came. So I would call and I felt like they just gave me ambigous dates because they didn't want to say they had no clue when the driver would come. HOWEVER they were kind on the phone. Their customer service was great. Finally I spoke to the driver himself and he told me exactly what was going on, which was so much better than hearing from the middle man. Larry was so very kind and knowledgeable. He was honest, returned my calls promptly to give me more information, and delivered my car in a timely manner. As a customer, the most challenging part is not knowing what's going on. But Larry kept me informed at all times. He never gave empty promises, either. He was great. Go Larry!!!
