I placed my order over the phone, and that same day I received an email with the drivers name and number. The driver called me a day before the pickup and again a few hours before he arrived to get the car. He did the same at delivery. I was also sent emails with the tracking status. Overall, the process was simple, my car arrived safely, and I felt that Wise did a great job. |
