| I didn't like working with this company at all. The people who they used to move my car had very thick accents and were impossible to understand over the phone. When they came to pick up the vehicle from my Mothers house, they called her and told her they were approximately a mile away and she would have to come meet them at the gas station they were parked at (even though we had plenty of room on our street for the large truck) She was home by herself and had to drive the car there and walk back. They didn't inform her that she should find someone to drive her back before they picked up the vehicle which I thought was incredibly inconsiderate. When they were dropping the vehicle off, I specifically called the driver and told him that he would need to call me before he got to the military base we live on because we are required to go to the gate and sponsor those we bring on base, he said that was fine. An hour later he called me and was about two miles away and said that they wouldn't let him on the base and that I had to come pick up my car. Luckily my husband got out of work early and could pick it up since I had a newborn baby at home and no way of getting there. These people were just not at all considerate of peoples needs, and gave no notice that they would be parked 1-2 miles away for pick up and drop off. I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend them to someone else. |
