| I booked my shipment on 3.31.10, and was told my bike would be picked up within 10 days, and the bike delivered 10 days after pickup. Well the bike was picked up within 6 days, so that was good. However I was then told the bike would have to go back to Wisconsin before it would head out my way in Utah. The truck would be in WI on 4.18.10, and would then change truck drivers and my bike would be on it's way to me. I called today 4.19.10 to see if they can give me a better estimate on timeframe it will be here since it should have left WI yesterday. Nope.. I find out the bike and the truck are still in GEORGIA! He has driven about 400 miles in the last TWO WEEKS! Needless to say, this bike was not delivered within 10 days of pickup. It's not going to be delivered within 20 days of pick up! I'll be lucky if I get this bike 30 days after pick up at this rate. 2 weeks to drive a few hundred miles? You've got to be kidding me. When I called them this morning there was no apology, just a "That's a long way for that driver to go, so it'll be Tuesday before he will be back in WI" Really? You think he'll be in WI TOMORROW!? LIES! I think I'll dispute this charge with my credit card company. Tell them I paid for a service that I did not receive. |
