| AAA Advantage was OK, but the transport contractor they subcontracted the work to was bad--HFT Auto Transport (MC#371183). HFT gave us assurances (promises) that we would have the car delivered on or near a certain date (within a range of three days)which was fine. They missed the promised delivery range by a week. We had to pay for a rental car for that week. The transport driver was nice, however, and was able to finally deliver the car to the door of our new house in Virginia. |
