| My brand new 2009 BMW arrived 20 days late with holes in the roof...yes holes. My car was abandoned in another state by their "contracted company" and when it finally showed up nobody wanted to take responsiblity for all the damage. The various companies to transported it alterned paperwork to cover up if them or other towing company was reposible for the damaged. AA who sent me an insruance certificate when I signed up threatend me when I said i wanted to make an insurance claim and their insurance company finally said they are not covered under their policy for damaging customer's cars.....so in short they are fraudulently misleading customers, they give your cars to "fly by night" companies to transport and then when it gets damaged ...too bad so sad! |
