I was very impressed by how professional and efficient they were. I had a ton of questions when I fist called but the lady on the phone wasn't in a rush to get me off the phone and didn't "sell me" her services. She explained the whole process to me and was very patient. Bottom line: They did what the said they were going to do - What more can you ask for? I will use them again when I return to California
