| First I went and got a certified check to pre-pay as they specified, then they changed their mind at the last minute and said it had to go credit card, and it was difficult & time consuming to refund back the certified check from the bank. The car carrier supposedly broke down and instead of sending our car out on another carrier, it sat in Seattle for 2 weeks while they waited for a part, which cost us $450 in car rentals for substitute transportation on the other end. Dependable Auto would not reimburse for any of this. The car carrier driver finally showed up with the car around midnight after being over a week late, and one of our car doors had been keyed, but the driver refused to put it on the check out statement. A very bad experience. |
