| Bottom line, this company sucks! I bought a bike from Max BMW in Troy, New York back in late July and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered! I got an email from them yesterday telling me that delivery of the bike has been delayed again because there are no drivers in my area...what did I pay $1,000 for? Shouldn't that guarantee the availability of a driver? And to top it off, I don't even know where my bike currently is. The last update I got was on 9/29 and at that time, they told me my bike had arrived in Harrisburg, PA on 9/26 and that it would be sent to Milwaukee and assigned a driver at that time....18 days ago! |
