| They are very nice to you until they receive your $. horrible customer service. They cannot stick to any type of schedule. If you are looking for a low budget transport and you don't care about them waisting your time with wishy washy delivery dates, this is the hauling company for you. They are also dishonest. I was told they would warehouse my cycle once only to find out it was moved on and off a truck and into 2 different warehouses. We all know that every time a cycle, or anything else for the matter is moved, it increases the chances for damage. When I called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Not worth the $ saved. Spend the extra $100 and get solid delivery dates and better service. I ended up being so dissatisfied that I hired a seperate hauling company to pick it up from them and deliver it to me. |
