| When we signed the contract we were told the bike would be picked up in 10-15 days. HaulBikes tried to pick it up in 3 days, even though the seller and buyer both told them the payment had not been received. Haul bikes told us they went to the seller's home to pick up bike and then found out it would not be released. They charged us $100. for this - even tho they knew it was not ready for pick up. They DID NOT go to seller's - but said they did. They made a phone call. Several attempts to speak with someone in authority at HaulBikes have been unsuccessful. I have left numerous phone messages - none have been returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
