I would be very careful of using this company if you have a window of less then 10 days to have your car picked up. I would also say that a quote means nothing to this company. I started trying to make arraingments to have my car transported 2 months ahead of time. I then got another quote for the same $675 and submitted the paperwork and deposit on the same day as the quote. They did give the lowest quote,but after paying $200.00 more than the quote to have my car picked up the day I was leaving the state,this transaction became one of the most expensive. Nothing I was told actually happened,other than the car was picked up and delivered,but as far as price and time,not even close. The first CS person actually gave me the first P/U day I should use to have my car picked up by the date I needed. The drop off date wasn't very important. I was told the day I should put as first available and that it takes 7 days to the east coast. I sent the credit card payment,which was processed within minutes and never heard from them. I emailed them 11 days later and finally called them because I would be leaving the state in 5 days and had heard nothing. I was told the car would be picked up on the weekend "...if that would be ok..." I called Monday March 30th in a panic because I was leaving the next day. I was sooo upset,and crying because I had just a few hours to get my car picked up. I was told they hadn't found anyone to pick up my car "...for that price"(after being told for 2 months it would be easy) I asked why no one said anything to me over the weekend...(still waiting on that answer!).Because I was upset and crying with time looming over my head I was asked would I like to call back when I could talk? I was asked would I like to offer a "Bonus to a driver to pick up my car?" Well I now have less than 24 hours before I'm leaving so to get my car picked up I would have to pay the driver $200 more then expected. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had in my entire 49 years. Worry Free...Not Hardly!!!
