| I needed to ship my bike from New York to Washington state. They initially and repeatedly told me it would be 3 weeks. It turned out to be 5 weeks. BUT once the driver finally called, I got my Harley to the Walmart parking lot, all went well.
The driver was great, thorough and knowledgeable and he treated my bike with kid gloves. I watched him load it and he knew what he was doing. It arrived at the Renton, WA Harley dealership in perfect condition and about 4 days earlier than expected.
SO: if you are not in a time crunch, if you are not in a hurry to get your bike, YOU CAN TRUST THESE FOLKS TO HANDLE YOUR BIKE WITH CARE AND GET IT TO YOUR LOCATION IN PERFECT CONDITION...AND THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME THAN GETTING IT QUICKLY. Also, they assign a person to you who you can email or call at any time with your questions and concerns. My contact kept me apprised of where it was at any given time. I also got the cell phone number of my driver and he was with my bike start to finish. Thank you CLIFF! |
