| Mon Trans was the company i used to ship my 1968 Ford Torino Gt. When the car arrived the hood had been damaged although when it got on the truck it hadn't been. The when the car wouldn't start the driver told me to get in the car and put it in neutral. When i opened the door and got in the driver tilted the car backwards witch caused it to slide which then caught the door on one of the rails of the truck. Then without even trying to think through the situation the driver just started to move levers witch then caused the cars door to bend from the pressure. By the time we got the door unstuck and the car of the trailer the driver was blaming me for the damage saying i had caused it by not shutting the door but i hadn't even told him i was ready when he tildes the car back. hen he asked my son to agree with him witch was very inappropriate. Then when i contacted the company i did everything that they told me to do but they just kept giving me the run around. That was over a year ago and they still want give me the money they owe me.If i was you if you care about the car you are transporting don't use mon trans. |
