At first Viking Transport was prompt and helpful. Their quote was the lowest and so I chose them. Tony answered my questions and seemed helpful. The service provided was fine, a few days later than what they told me, but overall fine. They required $150 deposit and then the balance was collected upon delivery. I made the $150 deposit with a debit card. Two days later another $150 was taken out of my account and a week after that $110 was taken out of my account. The following day a charge to Walgreen's in Delray, Florida for $135 was taken out of my account. Viking is in Florida. The Walgreens charge drew a red flag from my bank and they cancelled my card when 2 more charges from Florida tried to come through. Thank goodness Compass Bank has fraud alerts in place because there is no telling how much money I could have lost. I immediately contacted Tony at Viking and he apologized for the overcharge and said that the extra $150 and the $110 would be refunded. That was 10 days ago and no refund. The transporter who actually delivered the car demanded an additional $100 upon delivery because there were a few personal items in the car. I would not do business with Viking Transport again. There is an investigation pending against them.
