| Contracted with haul bikes for a 9/5 - 9/7 pick up. Paid in full. Received e-mail on 9/5 saying bike would not be picked up for another two weeks!!! This was a classic bait and switch!! I told Andrea that those dates would not work for me and wanted to cancel. She said that I would lose 100.00 of my 575.00 bill because I was canceling the shipment. I purchased the service based of the stated pick up dates. Haul bikes changed the dates after getting my money and then charged me for canceling!!!I have never dealt with a more dishonest company in my life!! I would never use them EVER again!!! After a nasty phone call and calling my bank and contacting a lawyer haul bikes called me back and said they would credit the total amount back to my credit card. We will see!!! Again, I would NEVER deal with these crooks again!!! |
