| I was given an estimated ETA, a firm price quote and was explained how their delivery system works over the phone before signing/e-mailing my contract.
Jackie at HaulBikes was always honest with me over the phone and very courteous even though I probably asked her too many dumb questions. I was never even put on hold the three or four times we spoke.
My bike was picked up from the H-D dealership a day earlier than her estimate. It arrived at their main office/hub a day earlier than anticipated. My bike was delivered a day earlier than the 3 day window they gave me for delivery ETA. The driver called me and asked if I wanted to get it an afternoon early. Say hell yes! My bike delivery was set for the middle of his trip. The rig was very clean, all the bikes I could see were locked and loaded very professionally. They have a very nice bike delivery rig set up.
I'd give them five stars. Total class act in every way. Very good price, at least compared to me flying out and taking a week off work with no pay, lol. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if I need to ship a bike. Good people. Period.
Seems like most of the negative reviews I've read for them are from people who might think their bike can be delivered at this price rate like a UPS package. It can't. HaulBikes kicks a**. They got my Road King here before they said they would.
