My car was damaged in transit. I've made numerous attempts to rectify this with Lightening Auto Carriers as well as the company they contracted to actually make the delivery. The driver accepted fault for breaking the tail light, it was documented on the condition report... When I supplied an estimate for repair (as requested) both companies disappeared and refuse to help me. The delivery company was represented to me as bonded & insured. I have no recourse via Visa, a deposit was required to be charged to the car and cannot be charged back because the car was actually delivered and the balance had to be paid in CASH on delivery day or the driver wouldn't leave my car. Exercise caution! Notice of law suit has just been sent by my attorney.
