| After speaking with Brad, he reassured me that my car would be shipped for $1050 within a week of calling him. When the day that the car was supposed to be picked up came and went, I still never heard from Brad or Matt. They never called to tell me that they were having troubling trying to find me a driver and left me to rent a car in Texas out of pocket adding $350 a week for every week they were late. A week after the original pick up date, Matt called and told me that there was a driving picking up my car but it would cost more money, (even thought they were the ones that were running late) So i paid them $100 more dollars. When the driver arrived in PA he insisted that I remove any belongings or pay $150. The contract I signed allowed 100 pounds but the driver didn't care, so I got him down to $100 so he would take my belongings in the car. When it arrived a little over a week late, oil had dripped down over it. When asked Brad why I had to pay the extra $100 he has refused to return my emails. Would never go with this company again, they were late, cost me a lot more in the end, and bad customer service. Do not ship with them! |
