| I asked for a quote to ship a wave runner. Was told it had to roll so it had to be on a trailer. After being told I had to pay extra for it being over length, over width and over height I was still willing to pay the 3 up charges. I received a contract that said they do not ship anything over 58" in height. Any sit down type ski on a trailer will exceed this height. SO THEY DON'T SHIP THESE but they will still send you a contract. IF I would not have inquired about how I originally stated 65" and they sent me a contract that stated 58" max height, I would have been in breach of contract and been charged knowing they would not ship it. It also took 5 straight days of runaround phone calls and emails to get a real answer! Thanks for wasting my time and ya didn't get me! |
