| This is a Canadian company. It took them almost 2 weeks to ship my car from Toronto to Florida, when they had promised that it would have taken only 3 days! There price was the best we found, but there service was profoundly brutal. They did pay for a rental car until ours arrived but this did not make up for their initial agreement. They had given us every excuse in the book as to why our car was not going to arrive at the appointed time. We later found out from the driver that a previous driver had refused to take the load. If your in the shipping business, you must be able to get or replace drivers immediately and not inconvience the customer. |
