My daughter was heading off to Medical School at the USF on Friday, June 1, 2012. Nick handled our order(561)674-8408 on March 12, 2012, for vehicle transport. The week of May 21st -25th, Nick called to let us know that he had a driver ready to pick up the vehicle a week early. I informed him that her apt wouldn't be available until June 1, 2012, furthermore, there wouldn't be anyone available to receive the car early. The pickup date remained for Wednesday, May 30, 2012. After 2:00pm on Wednesday,and after not hearing from Nick, I called only to find that he didn't have a driver available unless I was willing to pay an additional $400.00! We had been waiting for someone the entire day! I was able to contact Matt (co-owner) who tried to help, however, it was short notice and my daughter had to end up driving the car to Tampa. This is unprofessional, disrespectful and deceitful behavior. Why have a quote if you're not going to honor it. I will NEVER use this company again!
