| All Coast promised to pick up the car Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday because we were leaving Florida on Friday. On Thursday they called to say that they would not pick up the car until the Sunday after we left, and that they were tacking on an extra $200 because gas prices had gone up. They didn't actually pick up the car until the following Wednesday evening--a week late. Our friends had to deliver the car to the driver. As a result, we had to rent a car in Maine for 10 days at a considerable cost. The whole experience was very upsetting. My husband was extremely anxious throughout. |
