| I was very pleased with my overall experience with this company. The staff told me up front that it would take 2-3 weeks to ship from Arizona to Pennsylvania. They had the bike to me in 13 days. I was eager to get it, which is probably where most of the bad reviews come from... it seems like a long time to be on a truck when the weather is nice. But look, they need time to get more than one bike on a truck or they would not be in business. They got it to me in a timely manner, and gave me constant email updates and were very prompt at responding to any questions. I was a little apprehensive about the amount of information I needed to provide then and that they charged my card prior to getting the bike, but the company is honest and the drivers are very careful unloading the bike. Nice job, and they were having a special so it only cost me $550. Try shipping a 50 pound package overnight across the country (costs about $300) and you get a better idea on how economical this company is shipping a 600 pound motorcycle without damaging it.
