| This is a one man company, just Tony. Don’t trust anything he tells you. If you are not satisfied with he’s service he’s going to tell you to cancel the service. If you ask for a supervisor or somebody else he just hangs your call. Yes! He did it to me. In my case he said he is going to do the best to pick up my car in 3 to 4 days but 10 days later he calls me saying they weren’t able to pick up my car and recommend me to cancel the order. I don’t accepted and try to talk with a supervisor but he doesn’t allow me to talk to anybody else. Later I found out that he just cancel the order and I ended with 250.00 bill on storage charge. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I read the review too and taught that this wasn’t going to happen to me. I WAS SO WRONG. DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU ARE GOING TO END REGRET IT LATER TOO. |
