| Horrible waste of time and money!! Take your business elsewhere! Truck broke down day of move we were scheduled for 9-11 am window. Got plenty of calls saying they were running late. At around 6pm was told not going to make it. Was given 7-8 am for next day appt window. Never showed up. Office did not open until 9:30am so i had to wait to find out what the heck was going on. Was told that they had to order a part and truck would arrive at 12. Didnt show... called the drivers cell and it went straight to voicemail. I then called the office and had to leave another voicemail. Driver called back at 2pm and gave his location which turns out he was going to the destination address not the pickup address. Huge waste of time cost me a day off of work of my vacation time... discount given... $25 for "flexibility" on a $400 move. Gee thanks.. |
