| So back in the middle of august i decided to use them to ship my car from Md to Cali. They told me they would pick up my car from Md the following tuesday/wednesday. That passed and they never did. They said next week- nothing. Again i called, "we're sorry, its hard to get carriers right now but definitely by next week". Following week- nothing. This went on for a month. Finally i got sick of it and cancelled. They told me my deposit would be returned in full the following friday. I have been contacting them once a week since then (mid september)- it is not december. NO REFUND. Every week they promise that friday- it has yet to happen. THEY ARE LYING AND DECEIVING! IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THEM! |
