| I moved west for a career opportunity, and had to sell my car to tie loose ends. I arranged for one of my fathers cars to be sent here to hold me get me to work and back. I got a quote from Viking and they agreed on a pick up date. I gave them a deposit. Not only did they not pick it up, they never called once to inform me they were running behind schedule. When I finally called them they told me they couldn't get someone to pick it up for the price we both agreed upon, and that I would need to pay more or wait for someone to take the job at the price. I only had what they quoted me at so I could not do this. MONTHS passed without them voluntarily updating me, I had to chase them for news. Messages got no return calls. This entire time, my public commute to my job was averaging 5 hours each day. Finally I told them I no longer wish to wait and to return my deposit. This was three weeks and several phone calls ago. I have not received a cent. They were however much faster and efficient at taking my money, they withdrew my deposit same day. I can not tell you to stay clear of this company enough. |
