| I contracted with them to transport my Mazda truck to Calif. from Fla. After allowing the contract stated time to provide a transporter, they were not able to do so. After promising that this was a good route and they had plenty of truckers that would p/u the vehicle I paid them the 100 dollars deposit. No luck. So I called them and cancel the contract under the provisions of the contract. I was able to secure another transporter two days later thru another company. It has been two weeks and my money has not been refunded. I get a lot of lip service but no refund. My advise go with a company that takes no money upfront until the transpoerter has been secure that way you can have peace of mind. Autotransporters.com was the other company and you can find them on the net. Highly recommend them, good communication and service. Talk to Lydia. |
