| My entire experience with haulbikes was a headache. Customer service was lousy. They did not send me a single update email on the status of my bike. Even after numerous calls requesting exactly that. They also let my battery go completely dead resulting in me having to buy a new one when I picked my bike up. I called about reimbursement for the battery and customer service could not have cared less. Overall this is a pathetic company and I will never use them again. Save yourself and go with ANYONE else or ship your bike yourself. |
