| My motorbike was ready to be picked up on sept 9 in Seattle, it's now October 13 and they said that the bike is in their warehouse awaiting a driver. They anticipate that it will LEAVE their warehouse in Wisconsin within 10 days. The bike is to be delivered to Los Angeles and at this point they estimate the first week of November. Their original quote would have put it in Los angeles on October 9.
I have no confidence in their ability to estimate the delivery date, and fear that I'm getting lip service. They are going to offer a partial refund for their late delivery, but that simply doesn't resolve the issue.
If I do this again, I will spend the extra $100 to go with a more reputable shipper.
