They picked up on the date specified, only thing negative I would say is that carrier company should have given a ballpark range of what time they were coming. But I was STILL happy with the pick-up.
I received my car about 15 days after pick-up. It was in the condition I left it with them. I was a little worried because I packed a flat panel TV, speakers and some other electronic equipment in a convertible, it still made it back to me without incidence.
