| Well I am the one of many to place a bad review about viking on the website. Like others I assumed.. Aaron or Tony one of the two, were going to have a driver pick up and deliver my car at the correct time. Well neither happened. The date I chose I figured within the 2 business days estimated someone would've picked up my car. But no one arrived. No matter how many times I stressed that I was flying out of the state that week. I called a couple of times trying to get answers and they just kept saying they're doing the best they can. He wouldn't tell me truth which was they did not have a driver to pick up my car, he wasted my time and money. I gave him a deposit back in May, now I'm in the week I needed to move and I have no car being shipped to me. Also he was unprofessional, stating "I was stressing them out." When all I wanted was the car shipped and the service he promised. He had my deposit money and I thought he was being unfair. I also found out from a broker that uses the same system as Viking, that Tony listed my car at 650, when I was supposed to pay a remaining 550. I wouldn't have found that out until the driver would've delivered my car, that I would've needed an extra $100. This company has poor customer service, and must have nothing but crooks working there. Never go for cheap , make sure you go for the best company, and check reviews thoroughly. I thought I did and now I have to wait for a deposit, that this rip off company may try to keep! But if they do.. it will be a court case and bbbureau complaint waiting to happen!!! |
