| Angels tried to be helpful but they provided transport through a company called Mobile Transport (see review for this company, F rating!). Angels communication was non-ideal, during booking they were very good, but after the deposit was released they became difficult to reach until the situation with Mobile became untenable. The best person to work with at Angels is Maeghan, she was as helpful as she could be, however, I still had to continually email/phone them to get information on what was going on with my transport. They did not honor my request to send me updates via email instead of via text messages. They would not call and let me know when delays were happening. Their communications with Mobile were obviously poor so that they could not easily provide information on pick up, delivery, etc. There was a dispute with the driver at delivery regarding pricing where the driver became surly and uncooperative (with 2 additional male friends of the driver present!), Angels did their best and the situation was resolved after 30-45 minutes of phone calls. |
