All American Transport gave me a quote for $1500 prior to engaging any specific carrier. They subsequently secured a carrier about a week later and the transport order was issued. The carrier did not show up because of some difficulties. All American did not contact me to tell me about the cancellation. I had to find out indirectly. They then spent about a week locating a new carrier, but then increased the fee to $1600 because the new carrier was more expensive. That did not seem proper because they quoted $1500 before any specific carrier was ever identified. Regardless, I reluctantly paid the increase in the interest of time. The new carrier got delayed in transit by one week due to problems with the truck. All American did not contact me to inform me of the situation. Once again, I had to independently find out. All American apparently did not monitor the transport because they sent me an email request for a review of their services before I received my vehicle. I informed them that the vehicle had not arrived and asked them to look into the situation. I did not recieve a response.
