| Here's a company that does everything wrong !
The folks at HaulBikes.com have very poor Customer skills, as well as are unable to meet a delivery commitment.
They told me my motorcycle would be picked up within 3 days of receiving the contract, and did not inform me when their truck broke down that they would not be there as scheduled.
I had to call them to find out what was going on.
The dealership charged me a storage fee since the bike was being held longer than I originally told them HaulBikes.com told me.
When their truck was finally fixed, they delayed my pickup since they now had more deliveries to make & other pickups.
The driver called me to tell me he would be dropping my bike off on a Friday afternoon, and I left work early to be there, but when I called him he only then informed me he could not make the drop since he was running behind schedule.
I lost 1/2 a day of work and rented a trailer for nothing.
The bike was delivered to my home the following day, and I had to take another day off from work to be home to receive it.
Overall, their customer contact was non-existant when they could not keep the appointments they made.
They did not bother to try to inform me, stating they did not have enough people to make that type of phone call.
They apparently do not care about their customer, aka business.
They offered me a $50 refund for all their screw-ups, when they caused me a loss of over $600 including time off from work, and the trailer rental.
Very poor service, I would not recommend them to anyone I liked ! |
