Contracted in February 2011 for a mid May pick up and transport of my vehicle from Florida to Virginia. Company was a no-show and my telephone inquiries resulted in excuse of a truck accident with driver injury. This created an awkward situation as we needed to leave for Virginia and had to leave an elderly neighbor (leaving 2 weeks later) with the keys expecting a pick up within the week. That never occurred and subsequent calls indicated this company had neither "truck" or "driver". Told company contract was null and void as he could not satisfy it within reasonable period of time - so contracted with another company at higher price. Two written requests have not resulted in return of deposit. Have filed complaint with Attorney General's office. Do not use this company - it is a dishonorable in its business dealings.
