The scheme that one of the staff,Mat, did to me was delaying the pick up of my car until my departure even there was an agreed pick up window dates. His excuse was that he was waiting for a driver who would HOPEFULLY (he really said this to me!!!) agreed on the negotiated service fee done 4 months earlier. There is no guarantee that the car will be picked up even if one signs the order form from this company. He kept me hanging and as soon as I sounded desperate that was the time he tried to negotiate for additional fees(+$200). Glad I didn't bite as the feeling of being ripped off didn't sound encouraging. One thing I also realized later on was that the first person, Brad, who contacted me initially and the person who was supposed to coordinate my car transport sounded the same. They had different numbers but they sounded the same in the voicemails. I became aware of this because I ended up leaving messages to voicemails later on without getting a return call. Good thing I decided to look for a more reliable company and cancelled this one. Lo and behold, I immediately got a call from Mat about my cancellation and told me that he had to charge $100 for the cancellation. Easy bucks for stressing out customers. I can't believe how these people can sleep at night. I wrote a complaint at transportreview.com. It was posted in the morning but when I checked it again in the afternoon it was deleted. I thought this review website is also a scam. The reviews from this company are mostly positive with a couple which are suspiciously selected. My car was delivered with safely by another company.
